INGREDIENTS
1 punnet of blueberries
3tbs greek style coyo
2tbs protein powder
Melted dark chocolate
1tbs coconut oil
METHODS
Mix the coyo and protein powder together
Add the blueberries
Melt your chocolate with coconut oil
On a lined baking tray add spoonfuls of the coyo mixture
Freeze for 30mins
Melt chocolate and add to the top of your frozen bites
Enjoy! Just a reminder that these snacks will not help you hit your protein intake for the day so please still consume 3 main meals of protein.
