PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BOMBS

The best protein ball you ever will taste.


INGREDIENTS

- 3tbs of all natural, smooth peanut butter

- 40g of protein powder, I used Macro Mike Cinnamon Scroll

- 1tbs melted coconut oil


Coating

- 75g Noshu chocolate drops, melted

- 1/2tbs coconut oil


METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl add the three ingredients for the middle and mix together

  2. Set in the fridge for 30mins

  3. Melt the chocolate chips and oil in the microwave for 60secs

  4. Stir that well

  5. Drop one ball in the melted chocolate at a time and place on a plate with baking paper

  6. Set in the fridge and enjoy those bad boys!!
