Super yummy and so easy!! Great for kids and adults. SERVES 5-6.
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg beef mince
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 brown onion chopped
- Pine nuts
- Fresh parsley & coriander
- 1/2 fresh chilli, optional
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- 2tbs sesame seed oil
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- Spray olive oil
METHOD
Pre heat the oven to 180-190 degrees, you want it hot
Defrost 2-3 sheets of puff pastry from the freezer, set aside
In a large fry pan, fry off the onion and garlic in olive oil
Add the mince and cook until mostly brown
Add everything else and cook through
On a lined baking tray place the pastry and add a row of mince and roll, you may need two sets of hands for this
Once you have rolled the desired amount of sausage rolls, lightly spray with olive oil and bake for around 15mins, keep an eye on them
You will have mince left over and you can eat it for lunch or freeze it for next time because trust me there will be a next time, enjoy!
