Nourishing San Choy Bow

One of the easiest and yummiest dishes to share with loved ones. Making memories with food. Serves 4.


INGREDIENTS

- 500g chicken mince

- 1tbs GF Oyster sauce

-1-2tbs Sesame seed oil

- 3tbs Tamari sauce

- 1tbs Sraracha sauce

- 250g pine nuts, pan roasted

- 1 carrot, grated

- 1tsp ginger

- 1tsp garlic

- 1/2 onion, diced

- pepper and salt

- Lettuce cups

- 3 spring onions

- Spinkling of chilli flakes, optional

- Olive oil spray

- 1/2 bunch of coriander and 1/4 bunch of parsley


METHOD

  1. Lightly spray the pan with olive oil spray and fry off the onion with the ginger and garlic

  2. Add the mince and seperate with a wooden spatular

  3. Add the sauces in as well as the grated carrot

  4. Fry off the pine nuts

  5. Add the pine nuts and spring onions

  6. Cut and rinse the lettuce cups

  7. Once the mince is cooked plate up the lettuce cups and add the mince in

  8. Garnish with coriander, parsley and chilli flakes

  9. Enjoy with your hands and hearts
