Nourishing Turmeric Chicken Salad

Salad's should never be boring!! This is definitely a new fave. SERVES 4


INGREDIENTS

- 1 bunch of Tuscan Kale

- 500g chicken mince

- 1tsp garlic, minced

- 1tsp ginger, minced

- 1/2 spanish onion

- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes

- 1tsp turmeric spice

- 1tsp smoked paprika

- 1tsp mixed herbs

- Fresh parsley

- 1 sml splash of olive oil

- pepper and salt


METHOD

  1. Fry off the garlic and ginger in a little olive oil and then add the chicken mince

  2. Add the spices to the mince

  3. Chop the kale away from the stalks and then chop up again and place in a mixing bowl, add a little oil and pepper and salt and massage that into the kale

  4. Add the rest of the salad ingredients into the bowl

  5. Once the mince is done add it to the salad

  6. SIMPLES but very affective!


* No calorie counting, just nutrient dense






* Simple but so enjoyable
