Just wow is all I have to say. Very simple and straight forward and a great recipe to add to meal prep day. SERVES 28
INGREDIENTS
1kg pork mince
2tbs miso paste
2tsp minced garlic
1/2tsp cumin
1/2tsp coriander
2 handfuls of chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 onion diced
2 eggs
pepper and salt
Honey and olive oil for frying
METHOD
Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and get your hands in there to combine well. Do not add the olive oil and honey yet!
Place on a lined baking tray and leave in the fridge for 30+ minutes
Heat a large saucepan and olive oil and fry off the meatballs on both sides until cooked through
Before removing them from the [an drizzle over honey
Presto! Eat with a delightful salad
