High Protein Crepes

These bad boys are spot on in terms of flavour and a great way to get protein in at Breakfast. SERVES 2.


INGREDIENTS

- 25g choc protein powder, I use Macro Mike

- 1-2tbs cacao powder

- 4 egg whites

- 1/4 cup of almond milk

- Spray coconut oil

- Berries

- Zero calorie maple syrup

- coconut yoghurt optional, to keep it low calories don't add the yoghurt


METHOD

- Add everything into a mixing bowl and whisk well

- Spray the fry pan well

- Cook the crepes on a low heat, once the top of the crepe is no longer wet gently flip

- Top with berries, yoghurt and maple syrup all being mindful of portion control



* Full of flavour and protein.




* Just know these are high in protein because of the protein powder and egg whites.
