HAPPY HORMONE BREAKFAST

If you have cranky hormones or just very unhappy bloody sugar levels start eating this for Breakfast.


INGREDIENTS

3-4 eggs, fried

Spinach leaves, i use the english spinach or silverbeet, cabbage chopped finely also works

Pesto, I use Roza's Pesto

Pepitas, pan fried first

Fresh coriander & flat leaf parsley

Chilli flakes + Dukkah

Olive oil for the pan


METHOD

  1. Spray your pan lightly with olive oil and add the chopped spinach leaves

  2. Add a tablespoon of pesto on top

  3. Crack the three to four eggs and a sprinkle of Dukkah and place the lid on your fry pan

  4. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, plate them up and add the fresh herbs and chilli

  5. Enjoy! I know your hormones & blood sugar levels will
