FLUFFY PROTEIN PANCAKES

An easy and scrumptious way to get your protein in at Breakfast. Serves 4.


INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 Bananas, ripe

- 4 eggs

- 1tbs GF flour

- 1tsp baking powder

- 80g protein powder, I used Bare Blends which is FODMAPS friendly and plant based

- Frozen or fresh berries

- Maple syrup, I use the zero calories option from Woolies.


METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or ninja bullet and whiz!

  2. Yep it is that easy. Pour onto a lightly oiled pan on low heat.

  3. Enjoy!

*Suitable for children as the protein is plant based.
