EGG OMELETTE BURRITO

This breakfast is for those who know they have a physical day ahead of them or a busy one where they won't have time to stop and snack. Either way your body needs nutrients and sustenance to keep up with your demanding lifestyle. SERVES 1.


INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

Dried mixed herbs

Prosciutto, shredded

salt + pepper

1tsp minced garlic

Olive oil spray

1 B-Free sweet potato wrap

Parmesan cheese, optional

Balsamic glaze


METHOD

  1. Scramble the eggs, garlic and dried herbs

  2. Lightly oil the fry pan

  3. Add egg mix in and then the prosciutto and parmesan

  4. Flip the omelette in half and slide under the wrap

  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over and close wrap cook for a further 2mins

  6. Plate up and nourish your body for the day ahead. This is breakfast of champions.
