A cheats version to one of my favourite salmon recipes. You make it once and you will remember it forever, it is that easy. SERVES 2.
INGREDIENTS
1tbs Gluten free pesto, I use Roza's Traditional Gourmet Pesto
1 handful chopped walnuts
Diced red onion
METHOD
Cook your salmon
Chop and mix the three ingredients in a bowl
Once the salmon is cooked, plate it up and spoon on top the pesto mix
Honestly one of the best recipes I have thought of in a while
