Enough with the high calorie smoothie bowl. Keep it simples. SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 frozen banana
2tsp peanut butter
250ml water
45g choc honeycomb, Macro Mike
Shredded coconut, to spinkle on top
Fresh strawberries
METHOD
Blend the smoothie ingredients well until no more lumps
Top with shredded coconut and your favourite berries....or not!
