CHICKEN NIBBLES

A great protein snack or a delicious family meal. SERVES 4


INGREDIENTS

1kg Chicken wings/drumsticks

1TBS olive oil

1tbs honey

fresh oregano & savoury thyme, chopped

sesame seeds

Salt & pepper

Drizzle balsamic glaze


METHOD

  1. In a large mixing bowl add your chicken nibblets

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and get your hands in there and rub all over the chicken

  3. Grill in the oven for 35-35mins

  4. Enjoy these finger-lickin delights
