THE GOAL 

The goal with one on one coaching is to define what is going wrong for the client and what they and solely them need to focus on to achieve success.

This is done through a goals and nutrition session via zoom for roughly 90mins. Asking clients who come to me to solve their problems, better questions. This has come to me through years of experience and getting to know "gen pop" and what they need from me and for them to achieve success, long term.

HOW TO GET STARTED

First - You reach out to me via my website or via social media

Secondly - We arrange a free 45min consult via the phone

Thirdly - We book in your goals and nutrition session 

Fourth - We set up a weekly coaching call and I send you all the tools via email to set you up for success over the next 16 weeks. 

IT IS THAT SIMPLE. 

My way of coaching is extremely personalised and specific to you and your body's needs. There is no one size fits all and I, myself know this more than anyone else. Having suffered with undiagnosed hormonal issues for most of my 20's, I know that counting calories, calorie restriction and high intensity workouts do not work for me and the majority of the population. I learnt this the hard way but through this experience I can now put this towards solving clients problems. Amongst having learnt:

And The essentials of Sports & Exercise Nutrition 

Among many other specific courses to compliment these qualifications I have made it my life's mission to learn through knowledge that is applicable and so I can coach through relevant knowledge to those who sit in front of me.
